We are looking for a skilled Sr. Enterprise Developer, GTM Applications who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform and associated GTM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and an understanding of Go to market processes and business functions. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person with a strong customer focus and the ability to lead new initiatives in a multicultural environment.

Onsite Requirement:

To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Salesforce Development

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Responsible for issue resolution and post production support of Salesforce

• Collaborate with the Salesforce application development team and other cross functional teams

• You are energized when new features and technologies (e.g. AI advancements, agents) become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field

• 5+ years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs

• Experience with integration tools and middleware

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment

• Salesforce and other platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred

• Experience with Snowflake AI Data platform and python skills are a plus

Compensation Range: $121K - $162.7K
