In this position, you’ll design and implement technical solutions across tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and others, helping optimize integrations, automations, and data flows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll be a key player in building a scalable GTM infrastructure, working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to improve efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative — ideal for systems thinkers who love solving complex problems with elegant code and smart design.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and build bespoke applications and integrations to streamline GTM operations and support scalable growth.
  • Maintain and optimize third-party tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Gong, etc.), ensuring smooth data flows and automations.
  • Translate evolving business needs into well-structured technical solutions, complete with QA and stakeholder validation.
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other connected platforms through audits, hygiene processes, and imports.
  • Lead tool evaluation and make build-vs-buy recommendations to enhance the GTM tech stack.
  • Support workflows and custom configurations in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce pages, campaigns, and user flows.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide feedback on proprietary tools (such as v0 and AI Platform) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot system issues quickly and effectively, using user feedback to drive continuous enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience architecting GTM systems with deep Salesforce knowledge and technical fluency.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as Outreach, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  • Strong background in data engineering: Python, SQL, data storage systems, and modern data architecture.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g. Tray, Zapier, n8n, SuperBlocks) and rETL tools like Polytomic, Hightouch, or RudderStack.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, DataBricks, and other data warehouse platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Must have experience working with v0 and the associated AI platform.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of additional data storage systems like Redis or S3, and user identity reconciliation across systems.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $185,000 – $204,000 (adjusted for location), plus equity compensation.
  • Comprehensive and inclusive healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible time off policy and supportive work-life balance.
  • Remote-friendly, with hybrid options in SF, NY, London, or Berlin.
  • Mentorship programs and access to industry events for ongoing growth.
  • Generous WFH setup budget and equipment provided to support productivity.
