This role is pivotal in driving marketing performance through data-driven insights, technology optimization, and process improvements. You will manage the marketing technology stack, oversee lead and pipeline forecasting, and align marketing KPIs with revenue goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will enhance reporting, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity to accelerate pipeline growth. Accountabilities:

  • Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel from lead capture through pipeline acceleration, delivering insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain performance tracking tools to measure campaign ROI, funnel health, and key marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Ops to forecast lead and pipeline targets aligned with revenue goals.
  • Manage and improve the marketing technology stack, including platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.
  • Drive continuous improvements in lead management, data hygiene, enrichment, and campaign attribution.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to implement scalable marketing operations solutions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, budget management, and technology renewals.
  • Lead the Marketing Operations roadmap, prioritizing automation, data governance, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing or revenue operations within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, with expertise in top-of-funnel strategies.
  • Deep understanding of IT, sales, finance, and marketing integration.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and align strategic priorities across teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Skilled in documenting and streamlining business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, campaign tagging, and full-funnel analytics.
  • Experience leading change management and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Highly analytical with a results-driven, agile mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and translate internal customer needs into operational capabilities.
