Experience Required:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, specifically within Oracle HCM modules.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP HCM Technical Consultant to join our team and support the ongoing development, customization, and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 within the Human Capital Management domain. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience with OAF, PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement technical customizations in Oracle EBS R12 (HCM modules).
- Perform OAF customizations and extensions based on business needs.
- Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, APIs, forms, and reports.
- Develop and manage Oracle Alerts, Workflow customization, and AME rules.
- Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using standard Oracle APIs.
- Collaborate with techno-functional and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production issues.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
