Experience Required:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, specifically within Oracle HCM modules.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle ERP HCM Technical Consultant to join our team and support the ongoing development, customization, and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 within the Human Capital Management domain. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience with OAF, PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement technical customizations in Oracle EBS R12 (HCM modules).
  • Perform OAF customizations and extensions based on business needs.
  • Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, APIs, forms, and reports.
  • Develop and manage Oracle Alerts, Workflow customization, and AME rules.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using standard Oracle APIs.
  • Collaborate with techno-functional and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production issues.
  • Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Technical Skills Required:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, specifically HCM modules
  • Strong expertise in:
  • OAF Customization & Extension
  • PL/SQL (packages, procedures, triggers)
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • Oracle Alerts & Workflow
  • AME (Approvals Management Engine)
  • APIs & Web Service Integrations
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications are a plus (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is preferred
