Concepta is a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand selling on Amazon US. We mix science-based product development with a flexible, data-driven approach. Now we're expanding — and we're looking for a creative Static Designer to join our team!
What you'll do
- Design high-quality static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Research competitors and trends to stay visually sharp
- Create original concepts that match our brand style and goals
- Work on multiple design tasks at the same time, and meet deadlines
- Design clean, engaging visuals for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our website
What we expect:
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Experience creating static ads for Meta (FB/Instagram)
- Confident working with AI tools like Midjourney or DALL-E
- Great eye for typography, color, and clean design
- Ability to work with stock images and packaging in a realistic way
- Solid time management and attention to detail
- English level B2 or higher
- Open to feedback, solutions-focused mindset
It would be nice to have:
- Basic understanding of UI/UX
- Experience with skincare/supplement brands
- Idea generation & moodboarding skills
- Knowledge of FB Ads metrics
- Experience in e-commerce marketing teams
- 3D design / Blender skills
- Proactive attitude
