You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery, insightful reporting, and continuous performance optimization. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the tactical planning and execution of programmatic media campaigns, aligning with client objectives and introducing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with buyers and associate directors to develop media plans and influence positive outcomes across the funnel.
  • Translate briefs into tactical plans and present strategic recommendations with supporting rationale and documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day client deliverables and communication with vendors, creative teams, and partner agencies.
  • Oversee QA for reporting, ensure adherence to strategy, and uphold high reporting standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and implement optimizations to drive results.
  • Negotiate media contracts with guidance and ensure cost-efficiency and value for clients.
  • Supervise and support the team’s workflow, assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and maintaining process best practices.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and timely, well-thought-out responses.
  • Foster an inclusive and motivating team environment through leadership aligned with core values.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of programmatic media experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong technical skills in campaign builds, optimizations, and troubleshooting across major DSPs.
  • Ability to synthesize business goals, media KPIs, and platform capabilities into effective strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple campaigns, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in managing teams, balancing workloads, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, analytics, and client service excellence.
  • Driven, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a passion for media.
