Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, inquiries, cancellations, and changes.
- Resolve passenger issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay informed about the airline's services and policies to offer accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
