  • Resolve passenger issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the airline's services and policies to offer accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
