Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality assistance to Swedish-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone.
- Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical support efficiently.
- Guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about automotive trends and new product developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong interest in automotive products and knowledge of the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service tools alongside Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
