  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interest in automotive products and knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools alongside Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
