Responsibilities
- Engage with Swedish-speaking business clients via phone, email, and chat to provide comprehensive support.
- Respond to inquiries related to business services and assist with account management and operational tasks.
- Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately record all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality control.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and enhance delivery of services.
- Keep abreast of business services and products to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Participate in continuous training and development to improve service delivery and personal skill set.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally within a business or corporate context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on client satisfaction.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capability to address high-pressure situations effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software tools is preferred.
