Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Offer assistance with products and services while maintaining complete customer satisfaction.
- Document and manage customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service procedures and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
