Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Document and manage customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
