  • Collaborate with various departments to improve customer service processes based on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate service delivery.
  • Engage in team discussions and share constructive ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support training initiatives for new employees by providing guidance and sharing insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Experience using CRM software and customer support technology.
