- Act as the primary liaison for Swedish-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with various departments to improve customer service processes based on client feedback.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate service delivery.

- Support training initiatives for new employees by providing guidance and sharing insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Experience using CRM software and customer support technology.
