Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers, emphasizing the importance of building lasting relationships.
- Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, product offerings, and loyalty programs with clarity and care.
- Actively engage with customers to offer updates, resolve any concerns, and collect feedback to improve offerings.
- Promote loyalty initiatives and educate customers on the associated benefits in a compelling manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and swift issue resolution.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest actionable improvements in service and satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach towards customer engagement.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and adapting to diverse customer needs and situations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
