Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for Swedish-speaking customers, delivering exceptional support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

- Address customer complaints and issues proactively, striving for swift resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to inform ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer solutions.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide insightful support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on creating positive customer experiences.
- Ability to diagnose issues and resolve them effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
