Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, itinerary questions, and service details.
- Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure the timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Educate clients about travel options, policies, and safety measures.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
