Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various social media platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback received via social media channels.
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records for follow-ups and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Stay informed on the company's social media strategy and best practices for customer engagement.
- Analyze social media trends and customer sentiments to contribute to service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a social media or digital communications role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their nuances in customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
