Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails in Swedish, ensuring accurate and detailed answers regarding products and services.
- Assist clients with order inquiries, account issues, and other general support needs.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective resolutions or escalate them as needed.
- Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for future reference and tracking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Identify and report recurring issues and customer feedback to management for process improvements.
- Remain informed about product lines and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is highly recommended.
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time well in a remote working environment.
