Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to Swedish-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues affecting health technology applications.
  • Guide clients in understanding product features and functionalities, enhancing their overall experience with the product.
  • Document all client interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system to maintain a clear support history.
  • Work collaboratively with development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and relay user feedback.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in health technology to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in the health technology or healthcare domain.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of health technology applications.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and handle multiple priorities.
  • A desire for continuous learning and professional advancement within the health technology sector.
