In this position, you will provide expert support to Swedish-speaking clients navigating health technology solutions, addressing their queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to Swedish-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues affecting health technology applications.
- Guide clients in understanding product features and functionalities, enhancing their overall experience with the product.
- Document all client interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system to maintain a clear support history.
- Work collaboratively with development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and relay user feedback.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution and foster strong customer relationships.
- Keep updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in health technology to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in the health technology or healthcare domain.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of health technology applications.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and handle multiple priorities.
