In this role, you will facilitate seamless communication and assist customers in maximizing their experience on our marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to relay customer insights and improve overall service quality.
- Stay up-to-date on marketplace developments, product offerings, and promotional initiatives to provide customers with timely information.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and feedback to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team setting.
