Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking users via various channels including email, live chat, and phone, addressing any questions or issues they face with the platform.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to account management and platform functionality promptly.
- Educate users on navigating the platform and utilizing its features to their fullest potential.
- Document customer interactions and solutions meticulously in our CRM system to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to surface trends in user issues and recommend enhancements to the platform.
- Stay informed about new features and updates to ensure accurate guidance and support.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting.
- Good understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software and support tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
