Responsibilities
- Assist Swedish-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone with their inquiries related to the streaming platform.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical issues concerning account settings, streaming performance, and content accessibility.
- Advise users on platform features and best practices to enhance their streaming experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to provide feedback from users and suggest potential improvements to the service.
- Keep informed about the latest updates to the platform and emerging trends in the streaming industry.
- Engage in follow-up procedures with users to ensure complete satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both writing and speaking.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, particularly in the streaming or entertainment field, is preferred.
- Good understanding of streaming technologies and user engagement techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, aimed at delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
