In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch support to our clients and users, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed promptly. As a Support Center Analyst, you will liaise with both Swedish-speaking customers and internal teams to create an outstanding support experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for Swedish-speaking clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical and product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
- Guide and educate clients on product features and effective usage practices.
- Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and enhance support processes.
- Track ticket statuses and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on new product launches, updates, and industry developments to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to clients.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
