Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on how to utilize products and features effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to address complex customer issues.
  • Perform follow-ups to guarantee customer issues are completely resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry changes to enhance support quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Experience using CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
