This role is suited for individuals who have a solid technical foundation and a desire to provide excellent support to Swedish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Guide customers on how to utilize products and features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to address complex customer issues.
- Perform follow-ups to guarantee customer issues are completely resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry changes to enhance support quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Experience using CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
