As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing essential support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as needed.
- Communicate clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies to clients.
- Document interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support management system.
- Guide customers in utilizing product features and provide useful tips to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to foster improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, updates, and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
