Responsibilities

  • Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their travel-related inquiries and bookings through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Help clients with modifications to their travel plans, such as flight changes, hotel bookings, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Work closely with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to resolve any client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, destinations, and service offerings.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions in the CRM for effective service enhancement.
  • Exhibit a high standard of professionalism and excellent customer care in all dealings.
  • Stay current with trends in the travel industry to better assist clients and provide informed advice.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM software is an asset.
