Responsibilities
- Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their travel-related inquiries and bookings through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Help clients with modifications to their travel plans, such as flight changes, hotel bookings, and itinerary adjustments.
- Work closely with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to resolve any client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, destinations, and service offerings.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions in the CRM for effective service enhancement.
- Exhibit a high standard of professionalism and excellent customer care in all dealings.
- Stay current with trends in the travel industry to better assist clients and provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
