Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support to VIP Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for effective follow-up and service continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions and service delivery.
- Proactively seek opportunities for service enhancements and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally with VIP clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
