  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for effective follow-up and service continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions and service delivery.

  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest products and services to offer accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally with VIP clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
