Job Tittle: System Analyst – FM Systems (IWMS Platform)

LOCATION: Eden Prairie, MN

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of FM Systems, our new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role is critical to the successful migration from Serraview to FM Systems, with a go-live target of January 1, 2026. The platform is being implemented in partnership with CBRE.

Mandatory Skills: System Analyst, IWMS platforms (FM Systems, Serraview, or similar) (6 years)

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as an on-site liaison in Eden Prairie, MN, coordinating system setup and ensuring data accuracy for workstations and conference rooms

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of FM Systems

· Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and data mappings

· Assist in data migration from Serraview, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity

· Support system integrations with HR, ServiceNow, SuperByte, and other enterprise platforms

· Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support

· Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides

· Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live support activities

Qualifications:

· 6+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role

· Experience with IWMS platforms (FM Systems, Serraview, or similar) strongly preferred

· Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process analysis

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

· Familiarity with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ServiceNow, or facility management tools

Nice to Have:

· Experience working with CBRE or in corporate real estate environments

· Knowledge of workplace planning, occupancy, or space management best practices

The annual salary for this position is between $ 50,000 - $59,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
