Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance for our Service Desk applications. You will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in enhancing system performance and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk applications to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations changes and incidents for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system integration projects to support business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all system-related activities.
- Analyze system logs and reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications

- Possess a strong understanding of Service Desk application support and maintenance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system performance issues.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Hold a relevant degree in Information Technology or a related field.
