Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support for a hybrid remote work model. The ideal candidate will excel in providing technical assistance ensuring seamless operations and enhancing user satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system management contributing to the companys efficiency and user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive desktop support to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement system upgrades and updates effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and support techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of support procedures and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements.
  • Support remote users by utilizing remote desktop tools and techniques.
  • Ensure data security and integrity in all support activities.

Certifications Required
