Account specific roles and responsibilities

Team Lead:

  • Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists focused on authorizations and credentialing.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure team members are up to date on best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, ensuring high standards of accuracy and productivity.
  • Schedule and delegate daily tasks to ensure the timely processing of authorizations, credentialing, and claims.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, workflow improvements, and best practices.

Document Requests:

  • Retrieve requested documents primarily from EMR systems.
  • If documents are not located in the EMR, contact facility staff to obtain them.
  • Ensure accurate and complete collection of documents as per request specifications.
  • Submit all gathered documents promptly and through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection and privacy guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year BPO experience handling a Back-Office account
  • At least 6 months Team Lead experience
  • Good working knowledge in checking and processing EMR
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shifts
