This leadership role involves managing and developing a dedicated team responsible for partner account management in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will oversee team allocation, KPI monitoring, and budget planning while acting as a key liaison across departments and stakeholders. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to optimizing processes and driving product improvements. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and allocate the team for special projects, research, and feedback initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reporting.
  • Lead continuous product development and process optimization efforts.
  • Serve as the team ambassador and facilitate cross-team communication.
  • Oversee budget planning for team activities including events and training.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong German language skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken form.
  • Completed commercial training or degree with a business focus.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Team-oriented, success-driven, and solution-focused mindset.
  • At least 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent self-organization and structured working methods.
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, and initial leadership experience.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong personal drive to achieve success.
