What You'll Do:

As a Technical Account Manager, your work would center around onboarding and supporting new and existing publishers into the CGRID platform. You will be optimizing and maintaining their performance in the SSP as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise with their integration.

You’d act as the technical specialist, collaborating closely with Client Services and Product teams to troubleshoot, escalate and resolve technical issues affecting media trading. This involves maintaining and/or creating technical documentation. You’d also stay at the forefront of the Ad Tech industry advancements, integrating these insights into processes, tools, and products to drive efficiency. Your role would bridge technical expertise with client satisfaction, contributing directly to improving platform performance and operational excellence.

  • Act as an entry point of tech expertise inside the Yield Operations team
  • Work closely with the Client Service & Sales teams acting as a technical expert and operational support
  • Keep ownership over the internal tech docs and their updates
  • Drive improvements in the area of responsibility: processes, toolset, product, revenue results
  • Carry out routine research and data analysis for media trading optimization and troubleshooting purposes
  • Monitor media trading and performance metrics according to procedures and reach proactively in order to maintain platform healthiness
  • Work closely with the Analytics team in order to put together robust tools & processes for yield optimization
  • Watch over the industry tech updates and work closely with the product team in order to improve internal/external product usage experience
  • Escalate systematic tech and operational issues in order to improve the efficiency of Yield-Ops and BD teams communication

Who You Are:

  • Deep understanding of the tech side of the AdTech ecosystem (GAM (Google Ad Manager), HB, SDK, Prebid, TCF2.0, SSP/DSP etc.)
  • Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding analytical abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, experience in log-level data analysis
  • Basic coding experience, preferably JavaScript and Python
  • Demonstrated communication skills

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$115,000 - $120,000
