Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Core Java and PL/SQL with a strong background in Electronic Payments. The role involves leading technical projects in a hybrid work model ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift focusing on enhancing our electronic payment systems to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL to enhance electronic payment systems.
• Oversee the implementation of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting regular code reviews and testing.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues implementing best practices to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing systems where applicable.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of PL/SQL.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning them with the companys long-term goals.
• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and on-site team dynamics.
