Technical Lead/Architect

Position Summary:

Technical Lead/Architect Role to gather business requirements from all required stakeholders and convert these into high level design and solution approaches to build or update system to meet customer needs.

Mandatory Skills:

· Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Apex, LWC, Flows , Omni Studio , Data Migration and Integration

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. - Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud, optimizing healthcare processes and patient management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions tailored to healthcare needs. - Provide technical guidance on Salesforce Flows and Apex, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows. - Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency. - Ensure quality assurance and testing of Salesforce solutions, maintaining high standards of delivery. - Facilitate training and support for end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Salesforce tools. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Salesforce capabilities to enhance healthcare services. - Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation within the team. - Analyze project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining data security and privacy.

Salary Range: >100,000
