The Technical Lead role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our iSeries/AS400 systems ensuring seamless operations within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance system performance and support business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of iSeries/AS400 systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system enhancements that support Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Medicare and Medicaid Claims.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Design and execute system upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Document system configurations and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of the iSeries/AS400 environment.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.

  • Possess strong experience in iSeries/AS400 Administration demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and operations.
  • Have a solid background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
