Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects within the Field Services domain. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership with a focus on innovation and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical planning and execution of projects within the Field Services domain to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding of project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage project resources effectively optimizing team performance and ensuring efficient use of time and materials.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance the Field Services capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Support the development of team members through mentoring and training promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Field Services with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and project management tools ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Have experience in leading cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant technical field with certifications in project management or technical leadership being advantageous.
