This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage technical operations within a dynamic cybersecurity environment. You will oversee firewall, endpoint security projects, and coordinate multi-location implementations while ensuring high-quality customer support. Managing and mentoring onsite engineers, optimizing workflows, and tracking performance metrics are key components of the position. The role requires a proactive leader focused on enhancing operational efficiency and driving team development in a fast-paced setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, migration, and upgrades of firewall and endpoint security projects across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate and monitor onsite engineers’ client visits to ensure schedule adherence and high performance.
  • Manage ticket workflows, ensuring timely response, escalation, and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor customer support metrics such as ticket volume and resolution times to improve service quality.
  • Handle shift management and optimize workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor engineers in ticket handling, customer communication, and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Implement team performance tracking systems to boost motivation and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Mandatory certification in ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Experience in workflow optimization and customer support management.
