This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead and execute mid-scale software and IT projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage technical initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader business goals. The role requires excellent communication, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a constantly evolving landscape. Accountabilities:
- Drive end-to-end management of mid-level complexity technical projects across engineering, IT, and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reporting.
- Lead implementation lifecycles, ensuring consistent communication, clear ownership, and timely execution.
- Monitor project health and success metrics, proactively managing risks, blockers, and escalations as needed.
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and support the evolution of project governance practices.
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to support structured execution and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in software development or IT.
- Proven ability to manage multiple mid-impact projects simultaneously.
- Skilled at translating stakeholder needs into executable project plans with defined outcomes.
- Strong communicator with exceptional organizational and facilitation skills.
- Ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
- Background in Agile and/or PMBOK methodologies strongly preferred.
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GSuite applications.
- A servant-leadership mindset and customer-centric attitude are essential.
- Exposure to application/web development, QA practices, process mapping, or TQM is a plus.
