As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the center of driving complex, high-impact technology initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, DevOps, QA, and product owners to deliver robust solutions on time and within budget. This role blends technical fluency with strategic oversight, ensuring alignment between business goals and project execution. You’ll lead Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and champion continuous improvement, all while leveraging cutting-edge tools in a fast-paced digital environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint backlogs, and resource allocations using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos.
  • Proactively identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage interdependencies.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel for stakeholders, providing clear updates on status, issues, and timelines.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings to refine project delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software release processes.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Bonus: prior experience as a developer or systems engineer, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
