Your strong technical background will enable you to collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural designs, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design of complex solutions, utilizing best practices and industry standards to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and platforms that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the project.
- Develop architectural documentation that clearly articulates design decisions and system integrations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the solutions you architect.
- Mentor junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or a similar technical role, with a focus on systems engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in various programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solution Architect Expert) are advantageous.
