As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for users, playing a key role in troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving technical issues. You'll gain hands-on experience with tools across the modern software development lifecycle while delivering exceptional support to global customers — all from the comfort of your home.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for technical support requests via integrated chat and support channels.
  • Analyze, replicate, and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate resolutions or workarounds.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support engineers using smart routing.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to software composition analysis (SCA), static application security testing (SAST), and SDLC practices.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of CI/CD tools, containers, cloud systems, and secure development processes.
  • Deliver a responsive and empathetic support experience that builds long-term customer trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Exposure to common programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) and cloud-hosted applications.
  • Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills in English.
  • Located in the United States and able to work remotely.

Bonus if you bring:

  • Experience with support/ticketing systems such as Salesforce or Jira.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and SDLC tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or open-source license management.
  • Experience using Splunk or writing basic queries.
