About The Role:
You will be tasked with processing licence applications, and preparing briefs for licence revocations, conditions and closure orders and delivering exceptional service with a high level of detail.
This will include:
- Undertake a range of activities necessary to effectively assess and determine designated licence applications, revocations, conditions, closure orders and related approvals/authorisations in a timely and impartial manner, in accordance with delegation, relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and/or contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate internal and external reports, correspondence, briefings and submissions relevant to licensing activities.
- Performing operational tasks within delegated authority levels to support team operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and systems necessary to ensuring the efficient flow of work and reporting of licensing activities
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume regulatory/licensing environment
- High level computer skills across Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and other authorities
