EL1 Training Package Design Lead - $80.34/hour

Our client, a major federal government department, is seeking to establish a talented and collaborative professional team to design and develop a wide range of training materials that empower the workforce and align with their strategic objectives.

Essential requirements to be considered for these roles are:-

• Relevant tertiary qualifications that support training design and workforce development.
• Have a deep understanding of cultural safety and be able to integrate First Nations perspectives into all learning materials.
• Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate learning in a trauma-informed way.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
• The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training and use feedback for continuous improvement.
