Video Animator (Remote - Latin America)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform creative concepts into visually stunning animations that capture attention and elevate brand storytelling. You will design and animate high-quality 2D and/or 3D video content for multiple platforms, from social media to product demos. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and producers, you’ll bring ideas to life with exceptional technical skill, creative flair, and a keen eye for detail. Accountabilities

• Design, animate, and edit 2D/3D video content including explainer videos, branded shorts, social media animations, motion graphics, and product demos.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to storyboard, concept, and finalize animations.
• Create character animations, typography treatments, transitions, and visual effects using industry-standard software.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and storytelling quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on animation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously push creative boundaries.
• Ensure visual assets are optimized for various platforms and formats, including web animation standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in motion design or animation, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, timing, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to manage animation projects from storyboard to final render.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation and motion graphics projects.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bonus skills: knowledge of sound design and audio syncing, character rigging, familiarity with Figma or video editing tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and experience creating web animation assets (Lottie, SVG, etc.).
