We’re the Organic Social Marketing Team, and our mission is to make Deel the most beloved B2B brand on social media. We’re looking for a creative, platform-native, and ambitious Viral Content Creator to join our team full-time. This role is for someone who doesn’t just consume content—they create it. You must a proven track record of producing viral TikToks and Reels, understand the ins and outs of each platform’s algorithm, and understand how to craft videos that people can’t help but engage with.
This role isn’t just about making content—it’s about helping shape our content strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with our social strategists to define what types of videos resonate with Deel’s mission and audience while staying true to the fast-moving, ever-evolving language of TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be part creator, part strategist, and part cultural translator—turning complex HR and payroll topics into content that feels fresh, human, and impossible to scroll past.
This is a fully remote role—we are willing to hire from anywhere as long as you can collaborate across PT/ET/GMT time zones and you’re fluent in English.
Create viral-ready TikTok and Instagram content—conceptualize, script, film, and edit short-form videos optimized for each platform’s algorithm
Help shape Deel’s short-form video strategy and define what types of content will have the best chance of going viral with out TikTok and Instagram audiences
Identify cultural trends, memes, and platform-native storytelling techniques and translate them into opportunities for Deel
Experiment boldly—test new formats, take creative risks, and pioneer unconventional ways to make HR & Payroll content relatable and entertaining
Build and maintain a calendar of repeatable formats while staying reactive enough to act on trending moments in real time
Use performance data and platform insights to refine content and optimize for growth and engagement
Maintain an organized system for content assets, templates, and ideas to scale creation across the team
First and foremost: a creator mindset—you make content yourself and understand what it takes to capture attention in 3 seconds or less
Proven success creating viral TikTok and/or Instagram Reels content (portfolio or links required)
Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and storytelling formats—plus the ability to predict what will work before it peaks
Strong filming and editing skills (comfortable shooting on phone or camera, editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
Strong instincts for platform-native humor, timing, and relatability
Strategic thinker who can balance cultural relevance with Deel’s brand voice and objectives
Experience analyzing performance metrics to iterate and optimize future creative
Highly adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and eager to jump on cultural moments in real time
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Experience shaping content strategy for a brand (not just executing on existing ideas)
Work experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, or FinTech—especially at a hypergrowth startup
A personal TikTok/Instagram presence with proven viral content of your own
Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed team
