HugoHub B2B

HugoHub is a standalone B2B technology platform consisting of both frontend experience layer and backend platforms that offer a full suite of modular banking services through a single integration. HugoHub comprises 5 key Product Pillars: 1. Accounts, Wallets & Payments, 2. Card Programmes, 3. Wealth, Savings & Investments, 4. Full Stack BaaS (Banking as a Service) and 5. Bank of API’s

Using these Product Pillars built on our platform, our clients can build financial products that delight their customers in any part of the world.

A regulated entity with strong credentials

Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd satisfies stringent corporate governance, operations, and regulatory integrity requirements to maintain licences from regulatory bodies, such as: 

• Monetary Authority of Singapore - Major Payment Institution licence and Financial Advisors licence
• Ministry of Law, Singapore - Regulated Precious Metals Dealers licence 

Visa Inc. - Principal Members Issuing licence

Requirements

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Visual Design Intern to join our forward-thinking, inquisitive 12-member Design team. Your skills in visual storytelling will help shape exciting new ideas in the fintech space.

The team plays a critical role covering areas such as user research, user experience and interface design, branding, visual design, animation and motion graphics. We believe the following qualities are important for someone in this position:

Scope of Work & Learning Opportunities

Everything we do is driven by a commitment to improving financial wellbeing.

Develop a collateral system and work on a few collaterals which will play a critical role in communication in marketing. Explore and implement visual storytelling in campaigns across multiple channels.

Explore and design a friendly mentor character for a virtual financial assistant.

Brand development, evolution and brand refresh of inhouse brands.

Explore intuitive web design solutions to promote user engagement and promote financial literacy, planning, spending, saving and investing.

Receive valuable feedback from various stakeholders in company-wide product review sessions, share ideas openly, and keep learning and growing. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact throughout your time with us.

Skills/knowledge you need
While this is an internship and does not require much prior experience, these are some skills and capabilities we believe make you relevant and capable of the role:

• Familiarity with common design tools such as Figma and Adobe suite.
• Bachelor's degree if you have graduated or other relevant education or exposure in the area.
• An approach of using First Principles for solving problems — simple or complex.
• Familiarity with research and basic graphic design principles.
• Ability to ideate and empathise to create impactful designs.
• Familiarity with storyboarding, illustration styles and brand identity design is a good to have.
• Comfort with articulating your thoughts to communicate within and across teams.

Stipend
INR 35,000 / Monthly
