POSITION SUMMARY

As a BI Developer at ProCaps Laboratories, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our company-wide ERP migration while delivering actionable insights through Power BI and SQL. This role blends reporting development, ERP system support, and hands-on data migration leadership. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy, business continuity, and powerful analytics as we evolve our enterprise systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end ERP data migration, including mapping legacy structures to new schemas, validating accuracy, and ensuring historical data is transferred cleanly
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query (M), and dataflows
  • Develop efficient data models (relational and dimensional) to support ERP and reporting needs
  • Write and refine SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data transformation
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related tickets, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions
  • Create clear documentation for migration processes and repeatable validation workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and support go-live activities
  • Use Jira or ServiceNow to manage tasks and track data issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and enhance governance

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar
  • 2–4 years of BI development experience, including work with ERP systems
  • Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, dataflows, Power BI Service)
  • Strong SQL skills (T-SQL or equivalent) for large-scale data transformation
  • Experience in ERP data migration: mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with business data structures: finance, inventory, sales, master data
  • Experience with ticketing/work management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
  • Involvement in large-scale ERP implementations or migrations
  • Knowledge of ERP data models across multiple functions
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, or integration with .NET/C# teams
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Azure tools
