We're seeking a Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic relationships across three key channels: startup ecosystem partners (accelerators, incubators, and startup programs), major technology channel partners (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.), and marketplace platforms. This role focuses on creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive growth and support our customers across diverse business stages and use cases.
Partnership Development
Identify and engage with premier accelerators (YC, Techstars, 500 Startups, etc.), emerging startup programs, and ecosystem partners
Identify new, high-value ideal customer profiles (e.g., MBA programs) to target and test zero-to-one
Maintain a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities across different channels, verticals, and geographies
Program Design & Execution
Design and launch programs tailored for startup ecosystem partners, including demos, learning resources, and perks packages
Create co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners
Develop marketplace optimization strategies, including listing management and promotional campaigns
Establish clear success metrics and KPIs for each partnership channel
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for accelerator partners, channel partner managers, and marketplace representatives
Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across the startup, enterprise, and platform ecosystems
Coordinate cross-channel initiatives including cohort launches, co-marketing campaigns, and marketplace promotions
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for partnership initiatives across all channels
5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles spanning multiple partnership types
Proven track record building relationships with accelerators, enterprise channel partners, or marketplace platforms
Understanding of both early-stage startup needs and enterprise partnership dynamics
Strong negotiation and project management skills with ability to manage multiple partnership channels
Excellent communication and presentation abilities across different stakeholder types
Experience designing and launching partner programs across diverse partnership models
Previous experience with both startup ecosystem and enterprise channel partnerships
Previous experience as a founder, operator, and/or venture capitalist
Experience with SaaS or B2B products targeting both startups and enterprises
Background in community building, channel management, or marketplace operations
MBA or relevant advanced degree
An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Genuine passion for supporting founders and the startup community
A data-driven approach to partnership development and optimization
A love for sharing Replit and AI tools
