Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist for a ABA provider. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. You will work closely with new hires to facilitate their transition into the company and ensure they understand the company culture, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to support new employees as they begin their journey with us.
Responsibilities
- Sending out offer letters based on the interview notes to include information such as pay rate, start date etc.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. by following up as per the process workflow utilizing templates and phone calls.
- Communicate with the new hires via email with instructions on next steps.
- Create employee profiles in the Central Reach software platform based on the information included in the offer letter.as well as communicate the login credentials to the new hires.
- Conduct background checks on new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process..
- Maintain updated onboarding materials and resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Schedule orientations of the new hires with clinical director/DIR coordinator.
- Coordinate with Client coordinator for start date. of new hires.
- Set up employee payroll. and verifying the I9 forms submitted.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with new hires and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues or delays.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Time Management skills with a strong focus on persistence & Follow-Through.
- 20 Hours a week afternoons
