You will be responsible for managing high-priority projects, coordinating executive schedules, and facilitating communication across teams and departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee various projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare executive briefings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on performance to the executive team.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure adherence to company protocol.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
